The St. Paul Police Department on Sept. 10 released surveillance video from the January arrest of Chris Lollie in a downtown skyway. Lollie says he was just waiting to pick up his children at New Horizons Academy when police responded to a trespassing report, questioned him, then used a Taser on him.
